Off to a Good Start

Oh yeah! This is the second day in a row! If you read my recent post, you know that this is kind of a big deal to me. Morning stiffness may have made me waddle like a penguin all the way to the coffee pot, but I got my morning cup of happiness before waking the kiddos up. Now, did I shower, dress, fix my hair and makeup yet? Heck no. If you saw what looked like a racoon mixed with a zombie wearing pajamas, driving the kids to school, don’t be frightened. It was just me.

Happy Wednesday, everyone! 😊

With love,

  1. Ah, wonderful. Here’s to those profound moments in little steps that many take for granted. This made me smile and go aww at the same time 🙂

    1. Thank you! I’m glad it brought a smile to your face. Honestly, I used to take things like this for granted before it became a challenge. Sometimes we have to learn how to really appreciate the small things the hard way.

    1. Thanks! I have a feeling it’s the go to look for most parents, ha. I’m thankful for the bright morning sun making it more difficult for other drivers being able to see my appearance. My kids are probably thankful that I don’t get out of the car when dropping them off at school.
